| CUB SCOUTS LAUNCH RECYCLING DRIVE |
GRAIN VALLEY, MO. – THE CUBS SCOUTS OF PACK 310, have announced an inkjet recycling venture that aims to provide a
better, cleaner community by reducing non-biodegradable waste previously destined for the landfill.
Each year more than 600 million inkjet cartridges are consumed but only 6% are recycled. In addition, it has been estimated that 2 ½
ounces of oil are consumed to manufacture every new inkjet cartridge. The Cub Scouts hope to raise the percentage of recycled
cartridges and reduce the amount of natural resources used by setting up inkjet collection bins in various areas around Grain Valley.
Donors are encouraged to deposit their empty cartridges in the recycling bins or contact Steve Pacholke at spacholke@sbcglobal.net to
arrange for the cartridges to be picked up. Or call 816- 847-0183

Family Understanding, Respectful Relationships, Personal Achievements, Friendly Service, Fun, Adventure and other great Character

Wednesdays from 7 to 8 PM Providing one hour of fun including a Bible lesson, crafts, activities and snack. Nursery is provided for children under 3.
